Your assignment

During your time as an intern, you will support the team in their daily tasks and projects. These are including (but not limited to) the following key deliverables:

  • Support KM Transformation Initiatives: Track progress, stakeholder engagement, and reporting across high-contributing initiatives; assist with event prep and follow-up (e.g., KM Lab Day 2).

  • Enable Mentoring Program Activation: Help launch mentoring programs on the “Together” platform by preparing comms, documentation, and supporting HRBPs, people managers, and program owners.

  • Mentoring Follow-Up & Engagement: Assist in tracking mentoring activities and connect with program leads and owners across ASML to support successful implementation.

  • Monitor Strategic Transformation Initiatives of the Academy: Join regular check-ins with the Senior Transformation Manager to track progress and key needs for Vision 2030, OMM, and Reuse.

  • Support Strategic Communications: Assist in organizing internal-facing events and content delivery for Academy newsletters and comms activities.

  • Improve Internal Communication Channels: Contribute to communication effectiveness and collaborate on continuous enhancements across Academy platforms.

This is a master apprentice internship for minimum 6 months, minimum 4 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is as September 2025.

Your profile

To be a fit for this assignment, you:

  • Have a background in Organizational Change, Knowledge Management, Business Analytics, Communications or related fields.
  • Have strong analytical and research skills
  • Have excellent communication and stakeholder engagement ability.
  • Are proficient in structuring documentation and reporting.
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
