Striive.com is on a mission to redefine how talent and opportunity connect. We're scaling fast and looking for a very senior Angular Frontend Developer to shape the future of our user experience.
This is more than a coding job—it's a chance to set the direction for our frontend architecture and design systems.
You will work closely with our product designers, backend engineers, and AI experts to build a modular, scalable, and intelligent frontend using Angular. You’ll play a pivotal role in evolving our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead frontend architecture decisions for Striive.com with a forward-looking mindset.
- Drive our migration strategy, ensuring maintainability and performance.
- Build and standardize design systems in collaboration with design and product, using tools like Figma and Builder.io.
- Integrate AI-powered UI tools (e.g., Figma to Angular with Builder.io).
- Collaborate with backend teams using Java + Spring Boot
- Continuously improve the developer experience through tools like Cursor, documentation, and automated processes.
- Provide technical mentorship and, if desired, grow into a Frontend Tech Lead role.

What we expect from you
- 8+ years of professional frontend development experience, with deep Angular expertise.
- Experience in contributing to leading digital transformation projects, especially involving large-scale frontend re-platforming.
- Experience in contributing to testing strategies with tools like Jest, Spectator.
- Experience with Angular optimizations (e.g. ChangeDetection, @defer, lazy loading routes, hydration, etc)
- Strong background in modular architecture domain-driven frontend design, component libraries, and UI/UX collaboration.
- Familiarity with Builder.io, or other AI-enabled UI workflows.
- Proven experience in migrating legacy AngularJS codebases to modern Angular architecture.
- Comfortable in full Agile environments using JIRA and design tools like Figma.
- Clear communicator with the ability to rally teams around technical decisions and long-term vision.
- Somebody who can drive architecture reviews and ensure long-term codebase health.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience as a Frontend Tech Lead, or a clear ambition to grow into one.
- Contributions to open-source or public showcases of design systems or Angular toolkits.
- Passion for AI-assisted development and modern tooling for productivity.
