To meet this challenge, we are looking for a talented Engineering Delivery Manager who, is eager to contribute to the realization of this vision.

About your future job

Within the SOTAS Engineering Team, your primary responsibility is to realize the engineering delivery projects within time, cost and quality. The activities for the project will be realized in System Engineering, Electronic- en Software Development Disciplines.

A total of around 40 engineers. You work close together with the Product Design Authority who is responsible for solution compliance and the Product Line Manager who defines the product roadmap, while you are focused on the delivery.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Delivering projects with high quality, on-time completion, and within budget.
  • Developing plans for product realization.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and reporting on quality, cost, and schedule.
  • Managing risks and identifying opportunities.
  • Executing product development in accordance with the Thales Engineering Process

Why you'd be a good match

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within a high-tech engineering company.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and processes.
  • Experience in system engineering processes.
  • Action-oriented individual with strong communication skills.

NOTE: This role requires the Dutch nationality due to the nature of the work.
