Business Analyst in Business Technology B2B Sales & Marketing

As a Business Analyst in the Business Technology B2B Sales & Marketing team, you are at the heart of continuous improvement and innovation. You will work with our Salesforce Sales Cloud platform and related systems to support our fast-growing B2B operations. From gathering requirements and improving processes to managing stakeholder expectations, your input helps ensure smooth and scalable digital solutions across our international business.

Meet your team

You will join a cross-functional, close-knit team of Project Managers, Product Owners, and Business Analysts. Together, we support Rituals’ B2B Sales and Marketing domains by delivering tech solutions that are scalable, reliable, and aligned with the brand’s growth ambitions. You report directly to the Head of B2B Sales Tech and work closely with key users and vendors.

In this role, you will

Take ownership of ongoing improvements and system-related projects in the B2B Sales domain. You will be the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively as we grow.

  • Ensure continuity and innovation in our B2B Sales systems (primarily Salesforce Sales Cloud)
  • Translate business needs into clear functional requirements
  • Work closely with key users, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Inspire software partners to improve and innovate
  • Monitor progress, manage expectations, and keep all parties aligned
  • Lead or support projects that drive both short- and long-term business goals
  • Help translate complex issues into understandable language for all stakeholders

Bring all of you

We are looking for someone who’s analytical, collaborative, and excited by growth and complexity. You’re an excellent communicator with a structured way of working and a natural talent for seeing both the big picture and the details.

You bring:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a B2B Sales or Business Analyst role
  • A track record of translating business needs into smart digital solutions
  • Familiarity with tools like Salesforce Sales Cloud, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Experience in Agile ways of working
  • A process-oriented mindset and the ability to zoom out and connect the dots
  • A proactive, curious, and collaborative attitude

Location and Working Conditions

While flexible working is available, this role requires a strong on-site presence to engage with stakeholders and build connections effectively.
