You and your team

Tribe Business Lending supports business clients with financial solutions, such as loans, credit facilities, lease and factoring solutions. The strategy of Business Lending is to become ‘ahead of the market’. 80% of our client requests should be handled through fast and seamless digital journeys. Simplification and standardization are crucial to achieve this goal.

Our team is hugely influential in progressing towards these fast and seamless digital journeys for our clients and employees. We firmly believe that data is a key asset in today’s financial world, and it is our team’s mission to support decision making with data to ultimately help more business clients.

On our data platform we maintain client profiles that are continuously updated with data from client and employee journeys, and we implement risk models used for acceptance decisions. Through our APIs we expose these services, enabling straight-through-processing and fully automated credit origination. The platform also powers analytics and dashboards that support data-driven decision making and model monitoring.

We have the objective to better understand data: where it comes from, how it is used, what the quality is. We work together with product, engineering, credit risk, and other teams to continuously unlock new data sources, and improve and optimise our data landscape. In this way, we realize data-driven decision making and fully automated client and employee journeys.
