Your Opportunity: Investor Relations Analyst

What you’ll bring:

  • A university degree in Economics, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 1–2 years of experience in a financial or analytical role (e.g., Finance Trainee, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations)
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset with the ability to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of financial accounting
  • Experience creating compelling presentations and pitchbooks
  • A basic understanding of private markets and fund structures
  • Excellent communication skills—you’ll be engaging with investors and internal teams
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • An interest in software and technology is a plus

What you’ll do:

As part of our Investor Relations & Fundraising team, you’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience from day one. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating pitchbooks, marketing materials, and financial analyses
  • Preparing for investor meetings, events, and fund advisory boards
  • Communicating with current and prospective investors
  • Supporting fundraising processes and due diligence
  • Coordinating with legal and tax advisors on fund structuring
  • Maintaining our CRM and investor portal
  • Helping organize our annual Investor Day and other key events
