Job Description

As a Lead CX/UX Research Consultant, you will independently conduct advanced user research projects, delivering high-quality insights that drive product development. Your role will have a significant impact on the user experience, as you support team projects and ensure quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sophisticated user research studies independently.
  • Provide strategic insights that shape product direction and development.
  • Mentor and oversee the work of junior researchers.
  • Integrate research findings into the product lifecycle systematically.
  • Conduct longitudinal studies to track user experience over time.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to influence design decisions.
  • Develop and refine tools and methodologies for user research.
  • Advocate for user-centered design within the organization.
  • Present research findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards and guidelines.
