Your aim as a Customer Operations Manager EMEA & UK is to lead the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for the EMEA and UK regions, representing approximately 60% of Bugaboo’s global revenue, to ensure on-time deliveries at optimal cost levels and a seamless customer experience that supports Bugaboo’s overall business objectives.

You are part of the Global Customer Operations team and report to the Sr Manager Customer Operations EMEA, UK and NA.

What will you do

  • Own and oversee the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for the EMEA and UK regions, ensuring timely and accurate order management, allocation, and inventory alignment.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations with the Sales Operations Finance (SOF) teams, aligning activities with business goals and service standards. You will take full ownership of team performance, driving efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of six Customer Operations Coordinators, providing coaching, support, and performance management. You will foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the performance of two third-party logistics providers (3PLs) in Rotterdam and Northampton (UK), ensuring agreed service levels are met. You will lead structured governance via regular WORs, MORs, and QBRs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Country Sales Directors, Channel Sales Owners, and Finance/Credit teams, to align operational priorities and deliver optimal customer outcomes.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a strong focus on process standardization and automation to support the goal of 100% no-touch order management. You’ll identify inefficiencies and implement best practices from other regions.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects, such as ERP (O2C) enhancements and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Act as a backup for the Senior Customer Operations Manager, stepping in as needed to ensure leadership continuity and operational stability.

What you will bring to the table

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management
  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience in customer operations, logistics, or supply chain
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide, support, and develop a team
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, particularly in a 3PL environment
  • Experience with ERP systems; process improvement knowledge is a plus
  • Familiarity with BI tools (e.g. Power BI) is a strong advantage
  • Project management experience is a plus
  • Business fluency in English (spoken and written)
