The Opportunity

The Paid Social & Display Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day management of Body&Fit’s Paid Social and Display campaigns and will play a crucial role in defining, implementing and executing the strategy for both channels. You will, together with other channel leads, including our Digital Marketing Manager, drive incremental growth in existing markets as well as ramp-up in new markets.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the execution of Paid Social & Display strategies/roadmaps aligned with the short & medium-term business goals.
• Building and continuously optimizing Paid Social and Display campaigns, while having the overview of local performance and budgets
• Planning and setting performance targets for different campaign types and ensuring these targets are met
• Developing a continuous testing plan to improve performance and accelerate learnings
• Sharing data-driven insights with performance and wider teams, primarily focused on audience- and creative performance
• Working closely with the Brand Team to bring creative performance to the next level
• Collaborate with advertising partners to expand knowledge on advertising products, access incremental services and insights

About You

• Min. 3+ years experience in a Paid Social role
• BA/MSc in Business, Marketing, Media & related fields preferred
• Native or bilingual English (another language – NL, DE, FR is a plus)
• Deeply familiar with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, Google Analytics and related platforms. Experience with Smartly and Criteo is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with campaign management including bidding- and optimization strategies, audience selection and creative testing
• Knowledge of creating, managing and optimizing catalogs and collections to enable superior Dynamic Ads performance. Ability to work with Channable (or similar feed tool).
• Familiar with agile ways of working, A/B and multivariate testing
• Familiar with remarketing audiences including 1-st party data manipulations
• Experience with Paid Social management in multi-brand or multi-market set-up
• Strong experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
• Great team player skills, a hands-on mentality and a sense of fun
