What will you do?

As a Capacity Planner at Prysmian Emmen, you will be responsible for ensuring an efficient production process and optimal product availability. You will plan, coordinate, and monitor all activities necessary to maintain our high service level. Collaborating closely with Production and Sales, you will ensure that the final product is available at the right time by making the best use of available capacity.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Preparing and managing the production planning based on demand and capacity
• Optimizing inventory levels to ensure availability
• Ensuring timely availability of final products based on sales forecasts
• Increasing the service level towards our customers
• Coordinating between sales, production, and raw materials planning
• Guiding the introduction and phase-out of products
• Identifying and implementing improvement opportunities in processes
• Monitoring performance via KPIs and adjusting where necessary

Job Requirements:

• You have a background in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a similar field
• You have experience with SAP and an affinity with other systems such as Office 365
• You have strong analytical and communication skills
• You are persuasive and stress-resistant
• You are capable of integral thinking and have an eye for detail

Wat ga je doen?

Als Capaciteit Planner bij Prysmian Emmen ben jij verantwoordelijk voor een efficiënt productieproces en een optimale beschikbaarheid van onze producten. Je houdt je bezig met het plannen, coördineren en monitoren van alle activiteiten die nodig zijn om onze servicegraad hoog te houden. Jij zorgt ervoor samen met Productie en Verkoop dat het eindproduct op het juiste moment beschikbaar is door optimaal gebruik te maken van de beschikbare capaciteit.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Opstellen en beheren van de productieplanning op basis van vraag en capaciteit;
• Optimaliseren van voorraadniveaus om beschikbaarheid te waarborgen;
• Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van eindproducten op basis van verkoopvoorspellingen;
• Verhogen van de servicegraad richting onze klanten;
• Coördineren tussen verkoop, productie en grondstoffenplanning;
• Begeleiden van de introductie en uitfasering van producten;
• Signaleren en implementeren van verbeterkansen in processen;
• Monitoren van prestaties via KPI’s en bijsturen waar nodig.

Functie-eisen:

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Logistiek Management, Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain Management of een vergelijkbare richting;
• Je hebt ervaring met SAP en affiniteit met andere systemen zoals Office 365;
• Je hebt sterke analytische en communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Je bent overtuigend en stressbestendig;
• Je bent in staat om integraal te denken en hebt oog voor detail.
