We are seeking a Strategic Sales Manager to support our Neurosurgical business unit across Europe. This high-impact role will act as a key partner to the Business Unit Leader, providing commercial insights, enabling sales performance, and driving strategic initiatives across diverse European markets.

This is an individual contributor role without direct reports, yet it holds significant strategic influence. You’ll collaborate closely with senior sales and commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities, address operational challenges, and support long-term business planning.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate with the Business Unit Leader to shape and drive the Neurosurgical BU strategy across Europe.
  • Analyze regional performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate these into actionable strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate sharing of best practices across countries and teams, enhancing alignment and performance.
  • Support capital pipeline visibility, talent assessment, and territory planning efforts to strengthen execution at the local level.
  • Engage regularly with regional sales leaders, providing guidance and insights to inform local strategies and drive accountability.
  • Represent Europe in discussions with the global BU team, ensuring alignment between European needs and global direction.
  • Participate in demand planning and support key commercial projects to improve operational efficiency and market access.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven commercial acumen with experience in strategy, analytics, or sales operations.
  • Background in the medical device industry is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority and work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and develop clear strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multiple functions and geographies.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional European languages are a plus.
