We are looking for an energetic, genuine and passionate citizen to support citizenM’s recruitment by helping our EU hotels in selecting the right talents for a variety of hotel-related roles. Are you energized by the desire to connect with amazing people all over the world? We’re waiting for you!

What will you learn?

• Recruitment process: Gain hands-on experience in the various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling calls, video calls, and face-to-face meetings, while understanding their significance in selecting the right talents for hotel-related roles.
• Talent management: Learn how to manage a talent pool ('the bench'), ensuring its readiness to fill vacancies as they arise within citizenM properties, and comprehend the importance of maintaining such a resource.
• Analytical skills: Develop the ability to analyze recruitment trends, identify areas for improvement in time-to-hire metrics, and propose innovative strategies to streamline candidate selection processes.

You are:

• available for six or more months, starting from August or September
• a student enrolled at a university or HBO studies during the entire duration of the internship
• smart thinker with contemporary style
• empathy and real caring for people
• community and collaborate thinker
• gifted at giving and receiving feedback
• fluent in English, spoken and written. Additional language skills are well accepted
• ambitious, motivated and eager to learn... and most importantly, you are having fun while doing it!
