Opex Specialist L&D Multi at FrieslandCampina

In the Opex Specialist L&D position you assess (all L&D related) processes, tools, methods, systems and behaviour, analyse related bottlenecks and needs of the business, create possibilities for improvement, automation and/or standardisation and plan, organise and realise/coordinate the implementation thereof, in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the business continuously.

What we ask

  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • HBO or WO degree
  • Has profound knowledge on rules, regulations and laws specific for own (relatively) complex working area needed to execute related (relatively complex) activities.
  • Creative and innovative; the ability to recognize, assess, and translate new project ideas into concrete improvement plans.
  • Problem-solving skills with effective analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication and reporting skills.

Vacancy description

  • Developing and implementing integrated L&D policy for the locations in collaboration with the Multi Site Management Team, focused on CAO-I employees and the flexible workforce (onboarding, compliance, workplace training, personal development)
  • Ensuring and monitoring a realistic L&D budget Implementing and coordinating a multisite L&D governance structure
  • Workplace Training & Training Coordination
  • Responsible for identifying and addressing knowledge needs and gaps through task analyses, gap analyses, and the development and design of learning paths
  • Implementing and improving workplace training in collaboration with trainers, practical supervisors, and assessors to enhance the performance of the location
  • Advising managers on determining and improving the functional learning needs of individuals and teams, e.g., through the design and coordination of local BBL programs and learning interventions as part of onboarding new employees
  • Coaching practical supervisors and assessors in creating the right training materials and assessments
  • Ensuring that the assessments are conducted to a high qualitative standard
