Are you looking for a dynamic and educational internship within an enthusiastic HR team? Then we have a great opportunity for you!

We’re looking for an HR Intern to join our team for 2 to 4 days per week. During this internship of 3 to 6 months, you’ll get the chance to be actively involved in day-to-day HR operations and contribute to creating a great employee experience. You'll gain insight into the HR field in this all-round support role, where we'll guide you through the HR landscape. You will collaborate with our HR Project Coordinator, HR Business Partner, and HR Manager. We are an ambitious, hands-on team.

What will you be doing?

  • Organizing the onboarding programme for new colleagues.
  • Supporting the planning and coordination of (internal) trainings.
  • Preparing communication texts for onboarding, HR updates, and internal announcements.
  • Support in projects (e.g. scheduling meetings, preparing communications, do research).
  • Drafting contracts and official letters.
  • Helping improve and maintain HR documentation.
  • Supporting recruitment activities, such as posting vacancies and scheduling interviews.

What do you bring?

  • You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are proactive, organized, and communicative
  • You enjoy working with people and thinking in solutions
  • You speak and write English fluently and you have a basic understanding of the Dutch language

What do we offer?

  • A fun and educational internship in a supportive and collaborative team.
  • Flexibility in working days (2 to 4 days per week).
  • Room for your own ideas and initiatives.
  • A hands-on internship where you’ll be part of the team and contribute to real HR projects, this is not a research or thesis internship.
  • You receive an internship allowance of EUR 500 (based on a full-time internship) for your efforts and contributions.
