Introduction
The ASML IT R&D Hardware Engineering Department supports the ASML R&D teams that are working on the development of current and future machine components which are part of the Lithography, Metrology and other tools that ASML sells to the leading chipmakers in the world. These machines are extremely complex and require nanometer precision to properly function. As part of this department, the Scientific Computing team supports engineers and researchers in ASML who work with Scientific software such as Python, Julia and MATLAB. The team provides generic services and tools for these development platforms so engineers and researchers can focus and efficiently apply their expertise in their field of knowledge.
