HR Internship: Talent Management at ASML

Your assignment

The assignment lays within the HR Talent Management team, which is responsible for driving our global people processes, among which the ASML's performance management, career development & internal mobility, talent & succession management, and executive recruitment. As an intern, you will provide all-round support to the yearly Talent & Performance cycle.

Key deliverables include (but are not limited to):

  • Help with the performance end year review
  • Support with the potential & succession planning, and talent assessments.
  • Assisting in organizing of activities, events and meetings, update webpages, create presentations, coordination of updating training materials, etc.
  • Gain project- and change management skills.

This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship for 4 to 5 working days per week (3 days onsite) and a 5 months duration time (with some flexibility). The start date is August/September 2025.

Your profile:

To be a match for this internship, you:

  • Are a Bachelor or Master student with a passion for talent management, organizational change management, executive recruitment, and communication.
  • Are proactive, independent, and can show analytical thinking.
  • Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and communicating in English.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
