Objective:
The Sales Specialist will be a key member of the Sales Admin Parts Team within the Forklift Division at BYD Europe. Acting as the main link between the Sales Admin team and the PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) team, this role ensures all necessary components are available and aligned with unit adaptations or changes. The specialist will coordinate with the warehouse to secure parts as needed, conduct monthly on-site inventory checks, and monitor stock levels for key components like chargers and cabins. In addition, the role supports broader sales admin functions, including the tracking of parts backorders and working closely with the Parts Specialist to resolve supply delays. Flexibility, initiative, and strong coordination skills are essential.
Reporting Line:
The Sales Specialist will report directly to the Manager of the Sales Administration Department for the Forklift Division at BYD Europe.

Electric buses manufactured by those two factories will be exported to customers across continental Europe. It is also in partnership with Alexander Dennis in the UK which assembles jointly developed buses for the UK market.
Up to now, the footprint of BYD electric vehicles covers over 70 major European cities, which will undoubtedly grow in the future.
