About the role

The e-commerce landscape is expanding rapidly—and with it, competition is intensifying. Navigating this dynamic environment requires more than just tracking data points; it demands the ability to distill complex metrics into actionable insights and to anticipate market trends with speed and precision.

At Versuni, we recognize that empowering our e-commerce teams to make timely, data-driven decisions is key to staying competitive and driving sustainable sales growth. As the volume of digital data increases, so does the need for sharp analytical minds who can connect the dots between business performance and market dynamics.

The E-commerce Analytics Manager will join the Global E-commerce Analytics Team at Versuni to strengthen our end-to-end analytics value chain. In this role, you will combine deep business understanding with analytical expertise to uncover opportunities, inform strategy, and optimize performance across our e-commerce ecosystem.

Join us to shape the future of e-commerce – where your insights don’t just inform decisions; they drive impact.

The impact you’ll make:

  • E-commerce Performance Analysis: Analyze data across sales, traffic, conversion, pricing, digital shelf, supply, and media to uncover trends, performance drivers, and growth opportunities. Interpret customer behavior and market dynamics to support strategic decision-making.
  • KPI Management & Reporting: Define and manage key e-commerce KPIs. Build automated dashboards and standardized reports in Power BI to deliver timely, actionable insights at scale.
  • Business Reviews & Insight Delivery: Lead regular performance reviews with cross-functional stakeholders. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Deep Dives & Strategic Recommendations: Conduct both regular and ad hoc analyses, including root cause investigations and simulations. Develop data-driven business recommendations and track their implementation and impact.
  • Data Quality & Analytics Enablement: Enhance data accuracy and consistency while streamlining analytics through automation and scalable solutions. Continuously evolve analytics capabilities to deliver measurable business value.

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • Strong passion for working with diverse datasets and integrating them to solve complex business problems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce analytics, with a strong understanding of e-commerce KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with the ability to build impactful visualizations and presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data querying (e.g., SQL) and scripting (e.g., Python) languages is an advantage.

What we’ll give you in return:

  • Internationally competitive base salary, benchmarked against global industry and market leaders.
  • Performance-based Annual Incentive Program, rewarding those who dare and achieve more.
  • Top-of-the-market pension plan with the opportunity for higher employee contributions.
  • Work-from-home and phone allowances to support your home office setup and business connectivity.
  • Hybrid working model, effectively combining working from the office and home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs.
  • Competitive meal allowance to help with day-to-day expenses at the office or at home.
  • Special health insurance plan for Versuni employees with convenient conditions when signing up with our partner insurance.
  • Product discounts on all Versuni products sold under the Philips brand and our other brands.
  • High-growth environment, offering exciting learning and career development perspectives beyond your first role.
  • Inclusive working culture and family spirit; we embrace our international community and diversity as a competitive advantage.
