Through career exploration events at schools, such as our pilot Career Exploration Day, the program aims to bridge the gap in career exposure, address gender biases, and introduce girls to diverse female role models in underrepresented fields.

The initiative is currently in the early piloting phase in The Hague area, and we are seeking a Team Director (volunteer) to lead its expansion and roll out the program nationally.

  • Strategic vision and execution: Ability to scale the initiative nationally, balancing high-level planning with hands-on implementation.
  • Networking prowess: Ability to connect with professionals from various industries and bring them onboard as role models or speakers.
