THE WORK

As an SAP Supply Chain Consultant, you will be actively involved and responsible for designing, building, and delivering a robust planning experience and visibility for our clients in the Supply Chain domain. We are looking for Consultants and Senior Consultants with experience in various SAP IBP modules – Demand, S&OP, Response & Supply, Inventory, Control Tower, and technology such as CPI-DS / Core Interface.

You will work in international and multidisciplinary project teams on SAP transformation projects, together with the clients to bring the best of Accenture to our client and align Technology with the strategy and goals of our clients.

You will assess, design, build, and deliver a robust planning experience and visibility for our clients in the Supply Chain domain. Your work will vary from assessments to implementing SAP Supply Chain planning processes (Strategic-Tactical-Operational) across Network Planning, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Response & Supply, and Inventory Optimization / Inventory management.

You will use your experiences in SAP IBP / SAP APO to collaborate with our clients in advising and ultimately helping them transform into the new SAP era to deliver on client vision such as Operational Excellence and Supply Chain visibility across the Global Supply chain network. On projects, you will leverage your SAP IBP skills to advise our clients about the latest innovations and experiences and guide customers in the right path to achieving supply chain excellence.

Working closely alongside clients and an international team of professionals, you will help in developing innovative digital solutions based on their roadmaps. Together we connect the needs of clients with upcoming innovative technologies to prepare them for the future.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP modules, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support.
  • Partner closely with business and IT stakeholders to understand client needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP IBP.
  • Design and configure SAP IBP functionalities.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and end-users on SAP IBP best practices and functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of SAP IBP modules.
  • Conduct system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize SAP IBP's capabilities.
  • Stay current with SAP IBP latest features and releases, assess their impact, and recommend adoption strategies to existing and new clients.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED

We are looking for a seasoned SAP IBP Consultant with 6 - 10+ years of experience to lead and execute SAP IBP implementations and enhancements across industries. This role is critical in driving our client organizations' supply chain efficiency by designing and implementing advanced digital supply chain solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP implementations and support.
  • Strong proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning methodologies.
  • Proven ability to work in teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver solutions on time.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • SAP IBP certification is highly desired.
