Content Marketer (EdTech) at Studocu

Studocu is on a mission to empower millions of students by providing access to all the study materials they need to smash their study goals. We’re doubling down on our efforts to let students know about our amazing product on channels that are familiar to them. That is where you come in.

We're looking for a content marketer who thinks like a creator and operates like an engineer. You’re the kind of person who gets excited about launching a daily video series, building workflows to turn study docs into dozens of content pieces, and figuring out how AI can 100x your speed. If you’re obsessed with making things people actually want to watch, read, or click and you're hungry to test what works at scale then this role is for you.

We want Studocu to show up in the feeds, inboxes, and screens of students with content that’s useful, memorable, and worth sharing. You’ll be the engine behind that. We need someone to:

  • Own and execute a scalable content marketing strategy that reaches students where they are.
  • Launch high-impact content formats across (but not limited to) social, CRM, product surfaces, and paid media.
  • Build repeatable workflows for turning one idea into many assets.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to create content faster, better, and more intelligently.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead Content Creation Across Channels: Own the planning and execution of content across organic social (TikTok, IG, Reddit, etc.), newsletters, blog, on-site modules, and paid ads.
  • Scale Through AI & Systems: Design and run content workflows using AI tools (e.g., Gumloop, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Descript, Runway, etc.) to turn user-generated content, study docs, or one video into 10+ multi-channel assets.
  • Build for Our Audience: Create relatable, authentic content tailored to our audiences Gen Z University and High School students
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with product, marketing, operations, and design to ensure content fits seamlessly into broader growth strategies.
  • Test & Learn: Run rapid experiments with content formats and messaging. Use data and qualitative feedback to optimize what we ship next.
  • Own Content Systems: Establish our content calendar, creative workflows, and asset libraries to keep us moving fast and consistently.
  • Spot & Amplify Trends: Monitor social and cultural trends that align with student life, and jump on moments that matter.

Job requirements

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in content marketing, social media, or creator-led growth — ideally at a fast-moving tech or a consumer (software) brand.
  • A track record of building audiences or followings through your own content or for a brand.
  • Deep fluency in using AI + automation tools like Zapier, n8n, Gumloop, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Descript, Runway, Claude, ElevenLabs, etc. You don’t just use them, you build workflows with them.
  • An eye for design and storytelling and the ability to brief or create assets that are visually and tonally on-brand.
  • Strong writing and editing skills across formats (short-form social, landing pages, blog, newsletters, etc.)
  • A portfolio of content you’ve personally created, scaled, or managed.
  • A system-oriented mindset with a bias for action and experimentation.
  • A genuine interest in student life, learning, and what resonates with a Gen Z audience.
