Wat je als Growth Marketing Manager gaat doen

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will have the freedom to further develop and roll out the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy. You will ensure that campaigns not only run but perform – targeting the right accounts with measurable results. You’ll translate data and customer insights into targeted growth actions and know exactly when to experiment, scale, or adjust.
This is not a static plan, but a dynamic environment where you maintain oversight and make key decisions. You’ll work closely with Sales, Branding, Performance, and Data teams, shifting between tools and people, and maximizing each stage of the funnel. With cutting-edge tools, an entrepreneurial team, and room for your ideas, you will actively contribute to Floryn’s (international) growth.

What will you do?

  • Develop and manage full-funnel ABM campaigns based on ICPs and TAM data
  • Set up campaigns via LinkedIn Ads, Meta, Google, and offline channels
  • Co-create account plans with Sales and ensure seamless integration
  • Analyze conversions, experiment continuously, and scale what works
  • Personalize content journeys with tools like Clay and Lovable
  • Improve the customer journey from acquisition to retention
  • Contribute to (international) channel strategy

Dit neem je mee

  • At least 2-3 years of experience with ABM, preferably combined with growth and performance marketing
  • Experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Meta, and A/B testing
  • Analytical, tech-savvy, and structured work approach
  • A strong understanding of the B2B landscape and thinking in ICPs, segmentation, and conversion
  • Familiarity with tools like Clay, Lovable, Google Tag Manager, and possibly Metabase
  • A good command of English (Dutch is a plus)

    Kick-off & Campaign optimization

    You start with an ABM stand-up.

    Together with Sales, you evaluate ongoing campaigns and brainstorm new account approaches. Then, you optimize a LinkedIn campaign based on CTR data

  • Tuesday

    Targeting & Personalization

    You dive into TAM insights and segmentation, adjust targeting, and experiment with personalization via Clay.

    In the afternoon, you discuss creative concepts with the content team.

  • Wednesday

    Data deep dive & Strategy alignment

    Analysis day: you assess campaign performance in Metabase and create hypotheses for A/B tests.

    Then, you align with the CMO on the international channel strategy.

  • Thursday

    Account planning & Customer journeys

    You create a new account plan with Sales.

    After lunch, you work on a personalized journey for a high-value customer. End the day with a creative brainstorming session with the team.

  • Friday

    Reflection, experimentation & Celebration

    You finish the week with a team lunch, evaluate test results, and set up experiments for next week.

    Then, enjoy a drink in the city!
