About this role
As part of the Employee Relations (ER) team, you will be our specialized Case Manager for Absence Management at Just Eat Takeaway. In this role, you will efficiently and accurately manage absence trajectories. This includes supporting both Dutch employees and managers, as well as international managers with employees in the Netherlands who may be less familiar with Dutch legislation. This offers a unique opportunity to deepen your international experience and contribute to knowledge transfer through training and 1-on-1 support.
You will provide expert advice and operational support in work-related absence situations, including mediating conflicts that may influence absence. You will diligently monitor compliance with our absence policy and Dutch legislation, such as the crucial Wet verbetering poortwachter. By proactively monitoring recovery and facilitating clear communication among all involved parties, you will effectively drive the reintegration process.
This hands-on role offers you the opportunity to continuously optimize absence processes. You will identify bottlenecks in execution and translate these into concrete improvements. Furthermore, you will analyze absence data and trends to ensure more efficient handling. You will serve as an essential point of contact for all absence-related matters, ensuring the smooth and compliant processing of individual cases.
