Join Our Team as a Category Manager SDA (Small Domestic Appliances)

Your Tasks

  • Play a critical role in optimizing our SDA procurement strategy, ensuring we leverage the best technologies while maintaining cost efficiency and strong vendor relationships.
  • Responsible for the end-to-end category management of SDA-related products and solutions.
  • Guide decision-making processes, drive contract negotiations, and support our digital transformation.
  • Develop and execute SDA procurement strategies that align with the company’s goals and supplier roadmap.
  • Manage the SDA category, including Coffee, Cleaning, and/or Kitchen categories.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and innovations.
  • Lead supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management to ensure optimal value, quality, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as finance, legal, online, and our stores to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
  • Monitor vendor performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
  • Analyze spend data and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement within the SDA category based on Customer Journeys.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, fostering strategic partnerships and ensuring continuous alignment with business needs.
  • Develop and maintain promotion and pricing strategy to guarantee best offers for our customers.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in Marketing or Business Management
  • 3+ years of experience in category management or procurement
  • Proven experience in negotiating complex contracts and managing supplier relationships.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast trends, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset to come up with innovative solutions that satisfy all parties
  • Goal-oriented mindset keeping the ultimate goal in mind.
