The role

We are looking for a highly analytical Paid Media Specialist with a proactive and creative approach to join our Performance Marketing team, supporting paid media activity across several European markets and Australia.

Your aim as a Paid Media Specialist is to create, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure Bugaboo delivers best-in-class digital performance, drives high-quality traffic, and meets its commercial targets across regions.

As part of the EMEA Performance Marketing team, you are responsible for planning, building, and executing paid media campaigns in line with the marketing and trade calendar. You will support the Senior Paid Media Specialists with regular analysis and optimization of campaigns to continuously improve performance.

You are part of the Global Brand & Marketing team and report to the Senior Performance Marketing Manager EMEA.

What will you do

  • Plan and Manage the paid media campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with the marketing and trade calendar, and coordinating with channel specialists, creative and trade teams to deliver high-performing campaigns tailored to local market needs.
  • Execute digital campaigns from concept to launch across Paid Social, Paid Search, Google Shopping, and occasionally YouTube and Display, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery with support from interns.
  • Optimize campaign performance by conducting regular checks and applying best practices to enhance quality, engagement, and return on investment across all paid media channels.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance by measuring KPIs against targets, delivering actionable insights, and sharing learnings to inform future strategies.
  • Monitor and improve data feeds used in Google Shopping, Affiliates, and dynamic ad formats to ensure accurate and effective ad delivery.
  • Support the Affiliate channel with day-to-day operations, including publisher communication, issue resolution, and performance reporting.

What you will bring to the table

You bring 1-3 years’ experience creating, running and optimizing Social Media campaigns through the Meta Ads Manager and campaigns in Google Ads. A performance marketer at heart and you’re driven by the challenge to constantly improve results based on data and analysis.

Moreover you have:

  • Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field or a solid understanding of customer centric Marketing.
  • Working knowledge of paid media platforms: Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager 
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Datastudio or Paid Social Tools is a plus.
  • Computer literacy: Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) &  Powerpoint 
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data, distill the most important insights and recommend next steps. Always looking to improve the status quo and loves to a/b test
  • Strong organization skills, can quickly understand priorities whilst maintaining attention to detail. Responsible and accurate.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in other European languages is a plus.
