Join Maxeda DIY Group as a Technical Analyst
What will you do?
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements from various stakeholders.
- Facilitate alignment across different teams by clearly communicating decisions and ensuring consensus.
- Document decisions, workflows, and system requirements meticulously.
- Define and track relevant KPIs to measure project success and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities for improving processes and solutions.
You possess the following skills:
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and building collaborative relationships across diverse teams.
- Exceptional communication skills, with a talent for translating complex technical information into clear business terms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with documenting complex requirements and decision-making processes.
It will be a plus if you have/ are:
- Previous experience in retail, e-commerce, or digital platforms.
- Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working within distributed, international teams.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or similar.
