Marketing

You are responsible for the evolution and growth of the HCN Allergy portfolio.

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will (co-) develop the strategic plan and take the lead in ensuring the strategy is actioned for your respective category. You will use your strong business acumen to monitor your category performance, identify opportunities and measure the effectiveness of the execution of the strategy. You will empower and support your team members and cross functional stakeholders, including but not limited to (consumer) marketing, medical, healthcare solutions, and finance. You will report to the Head of Marketing Specialised Paediatrics Benelux, Kirsten Wain.

A day on the job will include:

  • Using your strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, category evolution & propose ways to further strengthen brand plans
  • Identifying differentiating innovation opportunities to drive the portfolio through product and services and managing running innovation plans/-projects
  • Successful development of impactful marketing plans & campaigns, including agency management, strong cross functional alignment and clear KPI setting and evaluation
  • All the above in a Benelux context. You are responsible to drive multiple markets with diverse challenges, leveraging best practices between countries while considering the different business dynamics.

Sobre ti

To be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record as product or brand manager (5 years minimum). In addition, you will need to be curious and eager to learn about the type of business and products we have. Furthermore, it's important to:

  • Have strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Be able to translate strategy to excellent execution.
  • Experience with digital campaigns is a benefit.
  • Be ambitious, proactive, pragmatic, self-starter with ability to take ownership and work autonomously.
  • Enjoy working in a cross -functional environment.
  • Be fluent in English and Dutch (must have), French (nice to have).
