You work in partnership with customers to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

How you will contribute

You will:

  • Develop and drive broad customer relationships across all levels with a key focus on building relationships at an appropriate level within the customer.
  • Execute the strategy for the customer
  • Ensure the delivery of JCBP (Joint Customer Business Plan).
  • Optimize the use of resources in order to obtain more profitability in the operations

More about this role

What you need to know about this position:

As a Junior Account Manager Superunie within the sales team, you will work intensively with category management, CS&L, shopper marketing, marketing and demand planning. You will report directly to the Customer Team Leader Superunie.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility of the management of three or four smaller Superunie accounts with the goal to realize targets on net revenue and market share
  • Annual nego's under guidance of Customer Team Leader
  • Maintaining day-to-day relationship with direct contacts at customers
  • Amount and quality of distribution level
  • Visibility through right store activities
  • Develop optimal promoplan and execute promo calendar at customer

Education / Certifications:

  • Master degree is required

Job specific requirements:

  • Able to manage the basic Account Manager skills, under guidance of Customer Team Leader
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferably withing FMCG
  • Compelling storytelling and communication with impact
  • Fluent in Dutch and English
  • Analytical skills
