As a Global Data Analyst, you will play a key role in BG SN’s success across 20+ markets, contributing to €1B+ in net sales and €270M in EBIT. Working closely with the Global Business Intelligence & Digitalization Manager, the Global Marketing & Digital team in Amersfoort, and Market Data & Insights teams worldwide, you will deliver strategic insights that drive informed decision-making. You will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing BG SN’s data foundation and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and reliability. By leveraging GenAI, predictive, and prescriptive analytics, you will enhance speed to market and cost efficiency while integrating cutting-edge innovations to keep BG SN at the forefront of data and analytics. What we ask
- 5-7 years of experience with in-depth knowledge of data, including FMCG and emerging digital sources
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (HBO or WO)
- Global and local experience, with a focus on relevant categories and Asia/SEA markets
- Expertise in working within a matrix organization and managing cross-functional teams
- Proven track record in managing diverse stakeholders across cultures and hierarchies
- Strong drive, resilience, and project management skills
- Ability to develop innovative initiatives and solutions to address current and future business needs
- Acts as a strategic advisor for BG and local teams, ensuring commitment to data and insights
- Independently works within the business strategy framework, influencing category/brand strategy

- Establish data foundation and predictive models: Build and maintain a strong data foundation and management information (MI) dashboards. Drive the development of predictive data models to support business decision-making.
- Drive Business Insights: Leverage data analytics to identify and monitor trends, providing actionable insights that inform commercial strategies and business models within BG SN and markets. Advise on innovations and evaluate global communication assets. Serve as a trusted advisor and support local data teams.
- Support big Data & Insights development: Contribute to the growth of the second leg by integrating big data and insights from various data sources to enhance business performance.
- Enhance (Cost) efficiency & speed: Lead digital initiatives and implement new ways of working at both Business Group and Market levels to drive digital transformation. Improve business capabilities, speed to market, and maximize ROI. Invest in advanced strategic areas like GenAI, predictive/prescriptive analytics, and other innovative solutions to stay ahead in the digital data space.
