You thrive at the intersection of design and user behavior. You enjoy talking to users, mapping out journeys, and spotting what’s working (and what’s not). You like making things simple—translating insights into intuitive flows, meaningful copy, and well-crafted interfaces. Whether it's building a smooth onboarding flow or tweaking in-product messages to drive adoption, you're happiest when design leads to action.

You recognize yourself in this

• You have 1+ year of experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
• You’re comfortable using Figma (or similar tools) and working across full user flows—not just isolated screens.
• You’re curious about how people think and act, and you bring that into your design process.
• You’re not afraid to write a bit of copy, sketch a quick idea, or talk directly to a customer to validate a hunch.
• You’re proactive, resourceful, and collaborative; happy to jump into discussions with product, engineering, or marketing.
