Job Details

As a PMO Support at Alliance Healthcare, you are responsible for monitoring and controlling project execution to ensure projects are delivered within schedule, budget, and scope. You will assist in defining and implementing standardized project management methodologies and play a key role in deploying professional PPM tools to support portfolio management activities. Your insights will aid management decisions for optimal resource allocation, and you will foster a collaborative work environment.

The need for this role arises from increased project pressure, administrative requirements due to internal procedures like TAP and enhanced security measures, and the necessity for compliance with company procedures. This role will help streamline tasks, free up existing team members' time for high-quality work, ensure consistent adherence to guidelines, and improve communication across teams.
