Job Details

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzorgen van de boekhouding en het administratieve proces voor wat betreft grootboek en subgrootboeken, zodanig dat de administraties actueel zijn en voldoen aan de wettelijke bepalingen en ondernemingsvoorschriften. Daarnaast zorg je voor adequate controles.

• Het toezien op werkzaamheden met betrekking tot de (sub)grootboekadministratie, het beoordelen van informatie, resultaten etc. en het opsporen en oplossen van onvolkomenheden;
• Het beheren van de vaste activa administratie, bewaken van investeringen, berekenen van afschrijvingen en het verzorgen van doorbelastingen;
• Zorgdragen voor het opstellen van reserveringen en het opstellen en bespreken van balansspecificaties, eventueel aanbrengen van correcties, tijdig signaleren van risico's;
• Zorgdragen voor het opstellen van resultatenrekening, balans, kengetallen en beknopte toelichting, zodanig dat een getrouw beeld wordt gegeven van de gerealiseerde resultaten;

• Verzorgen van BTW aangiften;
• Verzorgen van resultatenrekening, balans, kengetallen en bijbehorende toelichting;
• Bewaken van financiële normen en rapporteren van afwijkingen aan de direct leidinggevende.
