Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our Payments Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring and handling financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records in our systems. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and process clients’ deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain and update CRM and platform systems with accurate financial data.
  • Work closely with the Back Office Manager to address and resolve any transaction-related issues.
  • Handle client requests and complaints, conducting thorough investigations and providing timely resolutions.
  • Assist the Onboarding and Support teams in responding to client inquiries related to financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the Compliance and Risk teams to review and assess specific client cases.
  • Reconcile payment discrepancies with customers and service providers through multiple communication channels.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in accounting, or financial services is preferred
  • Proficiency in accounting software, CRM systems, and financial platforms
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to liaise with various teams and external partners
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
