Field Change Order (FCO) Business Analyst – IGT Systems at Philips

Job Description

In this role, you will support Philips’ Image Guided Therapy (IGT) business by ensuring the accurate, efficient, and compliant handling of technical updates to medical systems.

As a Field Change Order (FCO) Business Analyst, you will work with data, tools, and reporting systems to identify affected devices, support risk assessments, and drive continuous improvement in how Field Change Orders are managed and executed.

Your role:

  • In this impactful role, you help ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance by supporting timely and accurate implementation of Field Change Orders across the IGT product portfolio.
  • You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, Quality, IT, R&D, and Field Service, acting as a data and process expert in identifying affected systems, maintaining analytics tooling, and improving data accuracy.
  • A key part of your responsibility will be leading the transition to Azure Data Lake as the single source of truth, enabling more automated, consistent, and scalable FCO monitoring and reporting.
  • This role offers strong professional development in the areas of data analytics, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation, with opportunities to contribute to high-visibility improvement initiatives that shape the future of Philips' installed base and field service operations.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in business analytics, IT, or a related technical environment, ideally within the healthcare or regulated industry.
  • You’re skilled in SQL, Power BI, Excel, and have hands-on experience with SAP and/or Azure tools—including Azure Data Lake or Azure Databricks.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in a technical or IT-related field.
  • You’re detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with complex datasets and cross-functional teams in a global, fast-paced environment.
