Role: SDR EMEA

Typsy is a leading EdTech platform that delivers engaging, scalable online learning solutions tailored to the hospitality industry. They focus on enabling large independent hotels and mid-market hotel groups to access world-class training content.

Team structure: 1x Head of Sales, 4 enterprise reps globally, 1 AM, 4x CSM, Head of Growth, 1x SDR leader, 1 SDR in Melbourne, 1 in US and 1 in EMEA

Role description:

  • 90% outbound SDR role, targeted at 12 qualified meetings a month, supporting Europe and Middle East.
  • Some inbound leads, but primarily seeking a hunter profile.
  • Path to AE could be quick for a top performer.
  • Leads are in a Tier system; everyone starts on Tier 1, this hire will work outbound to build pipeline for Tier 3 accounts in EMEA.

Tier system:

  • Tier 1: 150-300 employees
  • Tier 2: 300-1k, 20-30k ARR AUD range
  • Tier 3: 1k+, deals from 30k ARR up to 1.5M, most around 100-500k ARR AUD

Must haves:

  • 1+ year B2B SaaS prospecting experience
  • Incredibly self-motivated, independent, intrinsic motivation to win
  • Team player, kind, humble but proactive and busy

Nice to haves:

  • Industry experience, selling to hospitality or worked in hospitality or e-learning platform
  • 2-3 years outbound SaaS experience

Salary range: €50.000 – €63.000 OTE
