About the role
Account Executive (2x)
Product: Security awareness platform – the only platform that is fully gamified and easy to use.
Team: 20 people locally: 1 marketing, 2 sales, 5 support, finance, 2 CSMs, plus development.
Role description:
- 100% new business
- 80% inbound (trial and demo requests), 20% partners
- Outbound to be included in the future
- Ideal customer profile: 500 - 2500 employees. Companies requiring NIS2 law compliance, where security awareness is mandatory (energy, manufacturing, education, health industries)
- Regions: 80% Netherlands, 20% globally
Company growth:
- Current ARR: €1m
- Target this year: €3.5m ARR
- Next year: €7m ARR
Sales details:
- Average deal: €15k ARR
- Sales cycle: 3-4 months
- Buyer persona: IT manager or CISO
Must haves:
- Successful track record in closing new business within the SaaS space
- Autonomous, proactive, go-getter, start-up mentality, collaborator
Nice to haves:
- Experience working with IT personas
- Paddle enthusiast
Salary range: €60,000 – €80,000 base + commission (TBD)
