About the role

Title: Account Executive

Product: AI voice assistant

Team: 15FTE (devops, 2 CSMs, AE in Germany, Commercial Director, marketing)

Role description:

This role focuses on closing. Your target clients are Dutch companies with a big Customer Service team.
Quota: 300k-400k ARR
ADS: starts at 50K ARR, but also 200K+ ARR deals
Sales cycle: 9 months
Will start working with a lead generation agency to book meetings and do outbounding with.

Must haves:

Minimum 2 years experience SaaS new business closing
Experience in selling 50k+ software deals
Consultative selling approach
Curious, entrepreneurial, open-minded
Start-up mentality

Nice to haves:

Affinity with AI/customer contact tech
Female

Salary range: Up to 77k base + commission (35% of base)
