To achieve this, our Chief Digital Officer has established a team dedicated to disruptive digital innovations that will transform Eneco into a data-driven, customer-centric organization. As Group Product Manager for the Assets Value Chain, you will lead the development of digital products and platforms that optimize energy assets, leverage data for operational efficiency, and enhance customer-facing applications within the heat value chain.

What you’ll do

You are a strategic product leader with a deep understanding of energy infrastructure, data-driven decision-making, and operational technology. You excel in complex environments and can translate technical challenges into scalable digital solutions.

• Lead Asset-Centric Product Innovation – Drive the development of digital products that enhance energy asset management, improve operational efficiency, and support sustainability goals.
• Own the Product Vision – Define and execute a data-driven strategy for asset-related digital products, ensuring alignment across teams and maximizing the value of Eneco’s infrastructure.
• Enhance Data-Driven Decision Making – Develop data products and analytics tools that improve asset utilization, forecasting, and maintenance efficiency.
• Collaborate with Engineering & Operations – Work closely with OT engineering teams, GIS specialists, and data scientists to build innovative solutions that optimize Eneco’s asset portfolio.
• Support Customer-Facing Products – Oversee digital solutions within the heat value chain, ensuring they provide transparency and efficiency for customers and internal teams.
• Ensure Regulatory & Safety Compliance – Partner with compliance teams to ensure all asset-related digital solutions adhere to industry regulations and safety standards.
• Tracks the effectiveness of data-driven maintenance strategies by measuring reductions in unplanned downtime and improvements in asset longevity.
• Ensures all digital products and operational processes align with energy industry regulations and safety standards, minimizing compliance risks.

Is this about you?

• 10+ years of product management experience, with a focus on asset management, operational technology (OT), or data-driven products.
• Strong understanding of GIS and energy forecasting.
• Experience working with OT engineering teams and data scientists to optimize industrial assets.
• Ability to navigate regulatory environments and ensure compliance with energy industry standards.
• A data-driven mindset, leveraging insights to improve asset performance and operational efficiency.

You’ll be responsible for

• Defining and executing the product strategy for digital solutions within the assets value chain.
• Developing data-driven tools that enhance forecasting, asset monitoring, and decision-making.
• Managing stakeholder relationships across operations, engineering, and regulatory teams.
• Driving innovation in asset management and operational efficiency through digital transformation.

You'll work closely with the other GPM's under the lead of our Director Product.

What we have to offer

Gross annual salary between €110.000 and €170.000
