The Product Management team of Triodos Investment Management is responsible for the product life cycle management, the corporate household and the (semi) annual fund reporting of the Triodos investment funds. Due to an internal career opportunity of one of our Product Managers, we are looking for a:

Junior Product Manager

This position is suitable for a starter or young professional who wants to step into the world of impact investing. As a Junior Product Manager you will have a central place in the organisation and be part of the team of four product managers that takes care of the Dutch investment funds.

The key responsibilities of the team are:

• Coordinate product changes and prepare product reviews to contribute to the optimal alignment of investment funds with the needs of our clients and applicable laws and regulations
• Manage or be part of projects to optimize our current fund range & processes or to develop and introduce new funds
• Maintain contact and coordinate activities with, among others, external parties like administrators, depositaries, and accountants
• Prepare and take minutes of meetings of the Supervisory Boards and the Management Companies
• Coordinate the preparation of the (semi) annual reports of the investment funds
• Coordinate the set up and updates of legal and fund related documents, like prospectus and financial leaflets, in close cooperation with other departments

Furthermore, it is expected that you will have:

• A bachelor or master’s degree, preferably in Economics, (Sustainable) Finance or Business Administration
• Experience with investment funds is a pre but not necessary
• Preferably experience of working in or coordinating of projects during studentship
• A commercial and creative mindset
• Affinity with legal, financial, administrative, sales and fund management aspects
• Fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing is required
• Living in the Netherlands

Your future colleagues

The department consists of a dynamic team of 9 professionals. You will assist a team of three product managers on the responsibilities regarding the Dutch investment funds. You will get support of your colleagues and over time your personal responsibilities and own tasks will grow.
