Your Tasks

As a Trade Marketeer, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans that drive sales and enhance category performance. Acting as a true business owner, you will analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and implement strategic initiatives to maximize growth. You will collaborate closely with various teams, manage supplier relationships, and ensure seamless campaign execution while keeping an eye on performance metrics.

Your Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing plans to boost sales and brand visibility.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing strategies and the product portfolio.
  • Analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies for optimal performance.

Business & Growth Development

  • Identify market trends and business opportunities to strengthen category growth.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and propose strategies to gain market share.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales, product development, and operational teams to ensure campaign success.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and execution.

Financial & Performance Management

  • Monitor budgets, track marketing expenditures, and manage supplier communications.
  • Provide structured reports and proactively address potential risks.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Category Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong organizational abilities.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and revenue tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
