As an Email Marketer, you will be responsible for email content and template creation, email journey building, email performance monitoring, and implementing improvements based on performance data. You will leverage basic development skills (HTML/CSS) to optimize email templates for better design, responsiveness, and deliverability. Additionally, you will contribute to A/B testing strategies and enhance customer journeys.

You will:

  • Execute and optimize email campaigns by defining clear objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and report on performance to relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor industry trends and innovations to continuously improve email marketing strategies and ensure relevance and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong cases for new campaign ideas and initiatives that support business and product goals.
  • Coordinate closely with the Product Owner and other teams to ensure all campaigns are supported with the right tools, assets, and technical setup.
  • Improve customer engagement through effective segmentation, personalization, and use of dynamic content across the customer journey.

We ask:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • 2+ years of experience in Email Marketing, Marketing Strategy, or related roles within e-commerce or retail, with a focus on customer engagement and business growth.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that drive commercial results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for working cross-functionally and managing stakeholder relationships.
