HR internship: support the well-being team

Introduction

Your assignment

As an intern within HR Well-being you will provide all-round support to our well-being team.

Key deliverables include:

  • Assisting in organizing of activities, events and meetings;
  • Updating websites;
  • Creating presentations;
  • Handling questions of employees and managers and more.

This is a Bachelor or Master apprentice internship for minimum 5 months, 4 days per week (2 days on site), with a start date preferably June 2025, but the team is flexible.

Your profile

  • Are a bachelor or master student in HR or something related;
  • Have a great passion for health, lifestyle and well-being;
  • Are pro-active, hands-on and independent;
  • Feel comfortable in a high-tech environment and are proficient in English.

The hiring team would like to ask you if you could send over two examples of your work: one written document (in Word) and one presentation (in PowerPoint). Both documents can be anything that you consider relevant examples of your own work (can also be individual university projects).

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.
  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
