Join the Global Operation Excellence Team at ASML

Introduction

You will be joining the Global Operation Excellence team at ASML, driving improvements and efficiency. The team consists of specialists in different areas, including Communications, Knowledge Management, Transition, Lean, and Data & Analytics. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to impactful projects in People Operations at ASML. We are looking for a motivated Communication and Change Intern to join our Global Operational Excellence team at ASML Netherlands, focusing on HR operations. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in communication and change management in a leading technology company.

Your assignment

Selected intern will cover variety of different assignments and tasks, be part of the dynamic team in the team. Main responsibilities include:

  • Support in the development and implementation of (project) communication and change plans
  • Increase community engagement through coordinating and executing department meetings and engagement initiatives
  • Support the planning and implementation of leadership events
  • Execute communication tasks and newsletters
  • Implement a content calendar and create content for internal social media
  • Coordinate with (regional) communications specialists.

This is a bachelor's or a master's level internship, starting in September 2025, for minimum 5 months with possibility to extend. The team offers hybrid working environment.

Your profile

To be a good fit, you are ideally enrolled in communications, change management, international business or similar discipline. Additionally, you possess the following skills:

  • Fluent in English, with a talent for written communication.
  • Able to manage and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Able to manage time, prioritize and multitask across different assignments and tasks.
  • Prior experience working in corporate settings are preferred.

Additional nice to have:

  • Experience with MS O365, Viva Engage, ServiceNow, CSM system.
  • Experience in an international, matrix organizational structure.
  • Experience in HR, Communications, or Change management.
  • Experience creating content.

Other requirements you need to meet

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship;

  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to be perform your internship. In case you’re currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter includes the willingness to relocate.

  • If you are a non-EU citizen, studying in the Netherlands, your university is willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement).
