While many colleagues think of the environment and reusable cups in the canteen when they hear about sustainable development, they almost never realise that sustainability is a more holistic concept that relates to their own teaching duties and everyone's professional responsibilities.

Our university's strategy is to "make a significant impact". But how? At the innovation lunch on 2 June, Sandra Klaperski-van der Wal talks about her course Beyond Content. You will discuss during the course why education and science should be the main drivers for sustainability. It will also suggest ways to equip students not only with the required knowledge, but also with the necessary skills for the future. Sandra will talk about how to make education sustainable and future-proof.

Lunch with an inspiration shot

The Radboud Teaching and Learning Centre organises the TLC Innovation Lunch every first Monday of the month to share innovative projects and results more widely. Here, teachers, teaching support staff and other interested parties meet to be inspired by an innovative project of a Radboud colleague and have a tasty snack in the meantime.
