You’ll own and execute across all areas of marketing—from ABM campaigns to content, social, and events—working closely with our Fractional CMO and Freelance Growth Marketer to build Churned’s presence and pipeline. This is a high-impact role for someone who wants to shape and run marketing, not just support it.

Running the day-to-day of our marketing engine with energy and ownership
Supporting ABM campaigns
Managing and updating the website (built in Framer)
Owning HubSpot—setting up forms, building nurture flows, tracking success
Creating and managing content (case studies, blog posts, landing pages, one-pagers, etc.)
Owning the content calendar, the repurposing & distribution of our content to ensure consistency and relevance.
Co-creating founder-led marketing—turning product updates and insights into great posts
Product Marketing: Gain a deep understanding of our audience, develop our positioning and messaging, and communicate about the product and its benefits to our audience.
Developing marketing assets like decks, visuals, email copy, and campaign materials preferably in Figma & Canva.
Helping coordinate events, from webinars to trade shows and everything in between
Jumping in on anything that helps us grow—whether it's ad hoc research, campaign support, or new ideas to test
You recognize yourself in this
You’re a self-starter—proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves
You’ve got 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
You’ve got experience with HubSpot, Figma and Framer, or you’re confident you’ll pick them up quickly
You’re creative but also structured—you like getting things done and keeping things on track
You know your way around content creation and are comfortable writing great copy
You’re naturally curious and collaborative, working well with sales, product, and leadership
You’re not just here to execute—you want to contribute to the growth strategy
You're based in the Netherlands and fluent in English
