Account Manager E-commerce Benelux

The Account Manager E-commerce Benelux will be responsible for the E-commerce NS of BDF (NIVEA, Labello, Hansaplast) in the Benelux for several key pure players, as well as support & steer Omnichannel players. Deliver and monitor NS, GM, VMS of our E-commerce business.

  • Deliver sustainable Net Sales growth, focus skin care
  • Deliver profitable growth (GM%)
  • Win in market (VMS%), both Pure Player & Omnichannel
  • Develop joint business plan per category incl. FY activation plans
  • Financially steer your business with an accurate and spot-on forecast
  • Further build on the excellent relationship with our key customers as one team
  • Manage your customers both on strategic and support level
  • Prepare & actively drive the yearly negotiation; focusing on improvement of conditions
  • Make sure all work is in line with national sales policy and compliancy (e.g. regulatory, marketing)
  • Visit Belgium on an irregular basis to connect, understand the market and further professionalize E-commerce: once every quarter 1 day

Your Profile

  • Master’s degree ideally with a commercial focus
  • 2-3 years relevant experience in commercial roles incl. ideally sales
  • Excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Language: fluent in Dutch/English & ideally a good understanding of French
  • Strategic & entrepreneurial thinker with strong results drive
  • Solution-orientated and resilient
  • Positive attitude with a can-do mentality
