Are you passionate about developing tools that enhance business operations? Join us as an Intern Developer and help build a Ticket Quality Auditing Tool that will revolutionize how we assess and improve the quality of customer support interactions.
In this role, you will work on creating a tool that evaluates support tickets for clarity, professionalism, accuracy, ticket status, and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs). The tool you develop will empower our support teams with insights to ensure consistent and high-quality service and ticket quality.
You will be joining the AMZ DSD (Amazon Dedicated Service Department) team within Vanderlande’s Service business unit. The team operates at the intersection of high-performance logistics, customer support, and technical innovation, closely collaborating with global AMZ FCs and various internal departments. The working environment is dynamic and multidisciplinary, where collaboration, creativity, and initiative are highly valued. Interns are treated as full team members, actively contributing to impactful projects and strategic discussions.
