We are seeking a motivated student to join our IT PD team as an AI Analysis Tool Developer Intern. In this role, you will be responsible for developing an AI analysis tool that can process all available documentation and source code to generate coherent and structured application documentation. This tool will help us provide detailed information about our applications, enhancing our documentation process and increasing our efficiency in supporting the PD engineers.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and prioritize the requirements for the tool
• Develop an AI analysis tool to input and process documentation and source code.
• Create structured documents with comprehensive documentation about the tools itself.
• Collaborate with various IT departments to ensure the tool fits our IT landscape.
• Test and refine the tool to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide regular updates and reports on the progress of the tool development.

Jouw profiel

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program (e.g., Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering).
• Strong programming skills and experience with AI and machine learning
• Experience with C# programming language, and SQL database, and API management
• Experience with Azure and CICD pipelines is preferred
• Familiarity with documentation and source code management
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English

Afdeling

The IT Product Development (PD) team is part of the PACCAR IT department within DAF, located in Eindhoven. The department is responsible for the CAD and CAE applications required to develop, design and test the trucks of the future. The team is often the main point of contact for many IT-related topics within PD. They have over 200 applications within its scope of support, divided over a wide range of suppliers.
