We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in business operations and the Salesforce ecosystem to join our team and take ownership of the technology stack used in the lead-to-cash process. You will design efficient, tailored Salesforce solutions while overseeing the entire technology landscape for this business flow. You will collaborate closely with developers, Finance, Legal, RevenueOps, Sales Enablement, and Commercial teams to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and the broader technology ecosystem. Together, you will foster data-driven business transformation by optimizing end-to-end processes, ensuring our tech stack not only supports but accelerates business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.

What you'll do

  • Design, implement, and optimize Salesforce solutions supporting opportunity, contract, and invoicing flows.
  • Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (e.g., Exact, NetSuite) to automate billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
  • Lead initiatives to improve data quality, system security, and process automation across the tech stack.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, RevenueOps, Sales Enablement, and developers to drive operational excellence.
  • Maintain best practices in Salesforce development, including CI/CD and version control.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years' experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Administrator, or Consultant.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  • Hands-on expertise in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, Billing, and contract management tools (e.g., Oneflow).
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and incentive management platforms (e.g., Amalia, Spiff).
  • Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Bonus: Experience working with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
