Join NN's HR Strategy & Change team as a senior HR Project Manager to lead key projects focused on enhancing employee experience and driving strategic initiatives. What you are going to do

Our HR Strategy & Change team plays a crucial role in shaping and executing these objectives, overseeing strategic initiatives, leading HR projects, and driving change and communication efforts. Ongoing projects include enhancing employee experience, implementing the EU Pay Transparency directive, rolling out the Global Job Framework, and embedding sustainability in our HR policies and practices.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Develop and implement a structured project management approach for HR, leveraging NN's best practices
  • Lead diverse large-scale HR projects involving multiple stakeholders and countries
  • Engage with HR leadership, Business Partners, and HR Directors to ensure project alignment and successful delivery
  • Evaluate and improve HR processes to support project goals and change initiatives
  • Incorporate change management strategies into project plans, collaborating with a Change Manager
  • Manage project risks and dependencies, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure successful outcomes
  • Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Who you are

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with a project management certification (e.g., Prince 2, Agile) preferred
  • Over 8 years of relevant HR project management experience in an international corporate setting
  • Strong project management and advisory skills, effective communication, and ability to collaborate with diverse groups
  • Knowledge or experience with change management methodologies, such as PROSCI, is advantageous
  • Understanding of HR practices and technology, data, and analytics
  • Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal is required

Who you will work with

The HR Strategy & Change team consists of specialists on portfolio & projects, change & transformation, communication, employee experience and sustainability. The team is responsible for building, managing, accelerating and monitoring our HR strategy.

The team works together closely with other HR Centers of Expertise (Learning & Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and Reward), HR shared services, the broader HR Community (both NL and International), and with a wide variety of other stakeholders within NN – such as Strategy, Corporate Relations and the various business units.
